About The Project

Shivalik Platinum is a 14-storied commercial cum residential structure with 3 & 4 BHK luxury apartments in Ahmedabad. This was a redevelopment project, which was to provide its occupants with bigger space and comfort.

During its construction, we laid a 2-basement diaphragm wall into the ground. The site was located at Bodakdev, near Judges Bungalow. And despite the tricky location, the project didn't cause any inconvenience to anyone around.

Challenges Faced

A large open sewer was discovered right beside the Diaphragm wall during construction.
The project was in close proximity to other ongoing constructions and completed structures.
Managing the logistics was tricky as the main street had huge traffic flow.

Solutions Provided

CLSM Concrete was used as fill between the wall and the pipe, making the grabbing and panel casting possible.
The project site was well enclosed to ensure none of the nearby residents faced any difficulty.
All the required materials were sourced well in advance to prevent unnecessary movement.
