About The Project

Binori BSquare is a modern-day commercial structure in Ahmedabad, which offers businesses with well-designed office spaces, spacious store and showroom spaces at competitive rates. Heritage Infraspace was tasked with building a 3-storied diaphragm wall in the basement in the initial stages of its construction. Despite being located in an area which sees constant movement and activity around, the project was completed effortlessly and efficiently by our teams.

Challenges faced

Binori Bsquare is located in Bopal’s busiest junction. The construction process was hampered by vehicular and pedestrian traffic.
The site was in close proximity to many residential structures, which could have caused inconvenience to the residents during the construction activity
Since it was a 3-basement diaphragm wall construction, obstructions during drilling were expected

Solutions provided

With careful planning, strategizing and by using our state-of-the-art machinery, we were able to complete the project on time.
Our expert technicians and workers planned their shifts during least active times to ensure that no outside disturbances interfered.
We conducted a land and soil study to assess the quality of the soil and to detect any obstructions like pipelines and wires that need to be avoided.
