We are Heritage Infraspace Pvt Ltd, a decade-old award-winning construction company based out of Ahmedabad, India.

We are an ISO 9001: 2015 certified company, known for being the pioneers of ground engineering solutions such as diaphragm wall, providing ground engineering solutions and deep foundation projects.

We provide crucial geotechnical solutions for large-scale residential and commercial construction, dam projects, metro and subway systems all over the country.

Our core values are Engineering Excellence and Continuous Innovation.

We are currently active in 11 Indian states and providing geotechnical solutions in 25+ cities.

We have Completed 300+ projects, built 42+ kms of diaphragm walls, and set 50,000+ anchors till date. This was made possible by our dedicated team of over 400+ employees.

We also have the largest fleet of Casagrande rigs in the country. Our fleet consist of the most modern machinery consisting of crawler cranes, hydraulic rigs, excavators, earth movers and anchor rigs, imported from Europe to maintain the high bar of quality set by us. Some of our top clientele include Larsen & Tubro, Kochi Metro, Shivalik Group, the Daman Sea Front Development, NTPC, Gulfar, etc.

Our Founder

Mr. Gagan Goswami

Mr. Gagan Goswami, a civil engineer with experience of over 27 years, founded Heritage Infraspace Pvt. Limited in 2011 when he saw how the world took the quality of work and the safety of workers in underground construction projects seriously. He wanted to replicate the same in his homeland India and be the leader in it .

Hailing from a family of teachers in the little-known town of Gandhisagar in the Mandsaur district of Madhya Pradesh, Mr. Gagan first started off as a training engineer, working on various projects in India. He further gained international exposure, working as a freelance consultant on construction projects in Oman, Muscat, and Dubai for 4 years.

A true son of the soil, he returned and founded his own company pioneering the use of diaphragm walls for deep basement construction, a crucial segment in underground construction. His keen eye for complete safety in all his projects, along with the usage of modern technologies and machinery helped him find success in this untapped market and become a leader in it. He’s been featured in prestigious publications like the Forbes Magazine, Hindustan Times, TV9, and many others.

In 2019, Heritage Infraspace was awarded the Best Diaphragm Wall Construction Company of Gujarat by CM Vijay Rupani during Gujarat’s first-ever Business Conclave. In 2020, Mr. Gagan was awarded the Times Man of the Year and The Pride of Gujarat for his valuable contribution to the industry and his numerous CSR activities.

Mr. Gagan believes in building a strong team, and backing them all through their journey. Even when the industry was reeling under the effects of the pandemic, Mr. Gagan ensured that he not only maintained his entire team, but further grew it by 20% by hiring more people to work with Heritage Infraspace.

Business aside, Mr. Gagan is a community leader too. He came together with Sarthi Foundation to donate ambulances during the pandemic and conducted the distribution of food, clothing, and other necessities to the poor during the winter season.

Journey to Success

2011

Heritage Infraspace Pvt Ltd was established in Ahmedabad, to provide diaphragm wall construction solutions for underground construction segments.
Mr. Gagan Goswami founded the company on the principles of achieving engineering excellence through continuous innovation.

2015

Landed our first commercial project, Ratnakar Nine Squares in Vastrapur, Ahmedabad. This was one of the most upscale commercial spaces in the city.
This commercial complex was the first in the city to have a diaphragm wall constructed and now it provides a 3-basement parking space.

2016

We became the proud owners of our first machinery, an Italian-made Casagrande Rig. This was an advanced machinery for that time.
Over the years, we imported and kept on adding to our fleet. Currently we own 19 such machines.

2019

We got awarded the Best Diaphragm Wall Construction Company by the honourable chief minister of Gujarat, Shri Vijay Rupani. This was a national level recognition given to us by India News, a prominent national new media channel.

2020

Our Founder Mr. Gagan Goswami got awarded the Time’s Man of the Year and The Pride of Gujarat. This was one of the most prestigious of awards given to our founder by the Times Group for his achievements in business and philanthropy.
